When a Guest is added to the platform and invited, a custom email is sent requesting them to download the app and register for the event.
To simplify the process, the email template includes five clear visual instructions to guide Guests through registration.
Register using the QR code
Under the instructions to download the app, a unique QR code will be displayed for the guest to scan using the app:
Once the QR code is scanned, the Guest will be prompted to register for the event and create a unique digital PIN to access event details. Logging in with this code completes the registration process via QR code.
Register using event code
Each event invitation includes a unique event code. Guests can use this code to register by either entering it manually in the app or by clicking the code within the email, which will guide them to download the app and access the event.
