Planning -> Guest Profile Groups
Step 1
Within the Planning section
> Click on 'Guest Profile Groups'
Step 2
> Click on 'Create New Group' in the top right corner
Step 3
> Complete the group information and any mandatory fields
> Click 'Create Guest Profile Group'
Please note:
> Approver Roles and Planners may not be applicable and can be left blank.
> Remember to select 'Is Active?' to ensure your group is ready to use/live on the platform.
If you wish to hide or de-active at any time, you can always return to amend.
You have successfully created a 'Guest Profile Group' which is ready for Guest profiles to be added!
Creating Guest Profile Groups (with screenshots)
> Start by clicking on 'Planning' on the left side menu and select 'Guest Profile Group'
> Click on 'Create New Group' located in the top right corner
You will now be presented with a form to input your group criteria such as the group name, and roles associated to your group if applicable.
> When you are ready, click 'Create Guest Profile Group'.
Your group has been created and is available in the 'Guest Profile Group' section of the platform. You can view and amend elements of your group using the tabs, from Guests in the group, and roles for your group.
