Event Management -> Travel Arrangements
The Travel Arrangements section of Event Management deals with all elements of travel required for your event. The main section will list all unique travel arrangements that have been made, for example if you have booked a flight for 100 people and each person has their own booking reference, this will appear as 100 separate flights/lines in the table. Similarly, if you have arranged a coach for 30 people with only 1 booking reference (or no reference at all) it will appear as 1 line in the table with 30 spaces available to assign to guests.
Users can also import Travel Arrangements into their event quickly and easily add many assigned Travel Arrangements instead of manually creating and assigning each one. Users can import the following separate Travel Arrangements:
- Flights
- Transfers
- Car Hire
