Import Flight Arrangements

The platform allows user to import group travel arrangements and as part of that, import flight arrangements for guests. 

Visit Travel Arrangements on the left hand menu.  Click on the "Actions" button.

Select Import Flights

On the following screen either drag and drop or browse to your flight spreadsheet and click the "Verify Excel Spreadsheet" button.

If you encount any errors on verification you will be shown an annotated spreadsheet highlighting where there are issues that need address.

Once you have successfully verified your spreadsheet you can move on to step two and Test the Spreadsheet. If you successfully Test the file you will have the option to Import at step 3.
