There are a couple of ways to add accommodation to guests. Let's look at them both:
From the Guests index*
Event management > Guests
Click the "Add" button under accommodation for the guest you wish to assign to an accomodation.
You will be presented with the following form to complete: (Please ensure that the accommodations and its room type is set up beforehand)
Pick the room type and choose the dates the guest is staying. Once you select a date you will see the room rate apply. You can manually override this amount to account for any specific variances that may occur.
There is an option "Sharing with", begin typing the name of the guest that will be sharing a room with that guest. Remember to "Save Changes" once all applicable fields are complete.
Using Room Manager
Event Management > Room Manager
You will see that the Accommodation and room types that you have previously created are listed in the Room Manager:
Simply click on the green '+' button on the left or drag across the relevant dates in the room type row to assign a guest. You will also be able to override check-in and check-out times.
