Guest Groups are used to segment your guests into groups. This segmentation can be anything that is relevant to you and your event. Common ways to use Guest Groups: 

  • Package/Wave 
    • (e.g. Match 10, 4 Nights VIP)
  • Day/Ticket 
    • (e.g. Sunday Ticket)
  • Ticket/Guest Type 
    • (e.g. Standard; VIP; Business; Competition Winner etc.)
  • Activity Type 
    • (e.g. Match 1; After Party etc.)
  • Flight Arrival/Departure 
    • (e.g. 7pm British Airways Flight)



Guest Groups streamline event planning by allowing you to assign activities to specific groups rather than individual guests. Once added to a group, guests automatically receive the tailored itinerary. 


Guests can belong to multiple groups, enabling multiple bespoke itineraries. You can also remove or adjust specific activities for individual guests within a group without affecting others.
