Event Management -> Room Manager
Room manager allows you to manage how guests are assigned to hotels and accommodation arrangements. Once an accommodation is added using Event Management and Accommodation, the room manager does exactly what it says in the title. You will be displayed with all the available room types with multiple methods to allocate guests.
Using the Room Manager
Click on Event Management on the left side menu and select Room Manager.
Here you will see any existing room plans with the option to import new rooming plans in the top right corner under the actions button
On the left hand side you will see the type of room which has been booked with an allocation section to the right depending on how many guests per room.
You can Click and Add or Drag and Drop when it comes to allocating guests within the room manage
Once guest information has been input to the Room Manager it will then be displayed in guest details and in the mobile app under accommodation.
